A complete interior and exterior renovation to the existing 7,300 sq. ft. two-story clubhouse building, including 3,180 sq. ft. of additions.  The project included a new golf pro shop, restaurant, bar and lounge, restrooms and locker rooms, administrative offices and cart storage facilities while addressing numerous existing water damage and deterioration issues.
