Independent living apartment complex for mentally ill residents with 14 apartment units, approximately 580 sq. ft. each and a community building including a community room with kitchen and restroom, laundry room, office and manager’s apartment.  Apartments include (2) fully ADA accessible apartments and (1) hearing impaired apartment with all other apartments designed as adaptable access units.
