An interior remodel and façade renovation of a 1930’s era building in the newly opened Redding Promenade.  The 13,500 sq. ft. interior remodel reconfigured the first floor and added administrative offices and storage to the second floor as well as the addition of an elevator for the building.  The façade remodel provided a modern exterior while respecting the original art deco design.
